These summon bosses would drop unique loot or items specific to them making these summoning stones sought after. You identify it and it allows you to summon a a boss at a specific area in act 1. You kill a mob and a summoning crystal drops. Summoning crystals you find randomly that can be used to summon very tough bosses in certain areas. Set items that you can actually complete or are worth farming for the benefits. A great idea and keeps the game interesting. You would get your class charm and then do certain challenges that would add to that charm. This is such an awesome feature.Ĭlass charm that can be upgraded by doing challenges as you level up.
You could also upgrade using disenchanted material from uniques you didn't need. An example would be Diablo 2 Median XL mod. This would keep people running through areas rather than just boss runs. Rare mobs would have the highest chance to drop them. I think to add to this would be having an even more rare drop than unigues(i.e. What made D2 so addicting was the small chance of uniques dropping. personally, i don't care about those +4 on a single skill cause when you have +20 to all skills and you maxed the ones you use, it really doesn't matter that much.Here are a few things that keep me interested in a game. Only problem here is that you'll have to do A LOT of farming if you intend to do this. my first assassin equipped my 4 other ones and 20 more characters. if you just grab the other one intending to put/switch it in the inventory it won't workĪnyways, of course it works. If you intend to switch the charms, you first have to take one out of your inventory and then put another one in it. (most likely, they'll have different skills) Then, use the other charm for the recipe and choose which one do you like better. If you already have your class charm on you and another one lies on the floor beside a dead necromancer, then you open a TP, go to town, put your class charm in your chest and return to pick the other one of the floor.
You can have more than one class charm without cheating, you just can't have more than one in your inventory.
